摘要
通过查阅《黄帝内经》《难经》《脉经》《诸病源候论》《备急千金翼方》等古典医籍有关伏梁病的论述,对其病名定义,发病部位和相关脏腑,病因病机,临床表现,治疗方法等认识的发生和演变进行源流梳理,阐释其临床价值,为有效指导临床诊治体内各种占位性疾病提供借鉴和参考。
By reviewing the discussion of Fuliang disease in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,Nan Jing,Mai Jing,General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases Beijing Wings of the Thousand Gold Pieces Formulary and other classical Chinese medicine books,to trace the disease depending on its definition,the occurrence and evolution of the location,related viscera,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,and treatment methods,etc.To explain its clinical value and provide reference for effectively guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment of various space-occupying diseases in the body.
