摘要
针对某圆柱滚子轴承保持架内锁爪较薄,采用剁压法加工时内锁爪表面形貌差,尺寸一致性差,加工质量不稳定的问题,分析其主要原因为保持架定位误差大,成形冲头尖部圆弧过大或表面粗糙,采用插铣替代剁压加工后,保持架加工质量和合格率均得到提高,满足了内锁爪的加工需求。
Aimed at the problems of thin inner locking claw of cylindrical roller bearing cages,such as poor surface morphology,poor dimensional consistency and unstable processing quality during chopping and pressing,the main reasons are analyzed as large positioning error of the cages,too large circular arc at tip of forming punch or rough surface.The plunge milling process is proposed to replace the chopping and pressing process,the processing quality and qualification rate of the cages are improved,meeting the processing requirements of inner locking claw.
