摘要
针对滚针轴承保持架组件中过梁与圆环面接合部位易发生疲劳破坏的问题,利用ANSYS分析了保持架过梁与圆环面接合部位的圆角设计对保持架应力分布的影响,验证了优化该圆角设计可显著减小保持架最大应力值。
Aimed at fatigue failure occurred at linking position of cage bar and ring, the effect of the fillet design of the position on stress distribution in cage is analyzed with ANASYS, the results show that optimizing the fillet design greatly reduces the maximum stress in the cage.
