摘要 从外载荷与滚子接触变形的关系入手,分析比较实心滚子、空心滚子和组合式新型空心滚子的负荷分布、刚度和承载能力。采用有限元方法求解滚子接触变形的相关参数,并用经典的赫兹接触理论进行校核。研究结果表明:空心滚子的接触变形随着空心度的增加而非线性地增加,空心度越大,空心滚子的刚度越小,其承载能力也越差;组合式新型空心滚子的接触变形随着内环材料刚性的增加而减小,组合式新型空心滚子的接触变形大于同样空心度空心滚子的接触变形;在实心、空心和组合式新型空心滚子中,以实心滚子的刚度为最大。 According to the relationship between the extra-load and the contact deformation of roller, the load distribution, rigidity and the bearing capacity of the solid roller, hollow roller and the assembled newstyle hollow roller are analyzed and compared. The related parameters in roller contact deformation problem are solved by FEM and checked by classical Hertzian contact theory. The result shows that the contact deformation of the hollow roller increases nonlinearly with the increment of hollowness. The rigidity of the hollow roller is smaller and the bearing capacity becomes worse when the hollowness is bigger. The contact deformation of the assembled new-style hollow roller diminishes with the increasing rigidity of the inner ring material, and its contact deformation is bigger than that of the same hollowness hollow roller. Among these three types of rollers, the rigidity of solid roller is the largest.
