摘要
本文成功构建了一个基于虚拟仪器技术的辊履测试系统。简要说明了其测试原理和系统组成,描述了基于Lab VIEW技术的模块化软件系统的层次安排和功能特点。通过系统测试实验表明:该系统具有检测方便、运行可靠、界面友好的特点,能够满足对辊履支承系统各特征参数的测试要求。
The rolling-shoe bearing test system based on virtual instrument was buih successfully. The test principle and composition of the system is discussed briefly, then the structure and function characteristic of modular software system based on LabVIEW is described. Test experiment proves that the system features convenient testing, reliable operation and friendly interface. So the proposed system is able to satisfy the test requirements of the characteristic parameters of the rolling-shoe bearing system.
