摘要
用有限元法对空心球轴承的接触面形状和尺寸、接触应力进行了模拟计算,研究了空心球轴承的承载性能,不同空心度对球轴承承载性能的影响进行了分析,为空心球轴承的设计与应用提供指导。
A simulative calculation on the shape and dimension of contacting surface and contacting stress of hollow centered ball bearing has been carried out by the use of finite element method. The load bearing property of hollow centered ball bearing was studied; the effect of degree of hollowness upon the load bearing property of ball bearing has been analyzed, thus provided guidance for the design and application of hollow centered ball bearing.
