摘要
根据接触力学相关理论,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立计入温度场的预负荷空心圆柱滚子轴承的热力耦合有限元模型,分析温度对预负荷轴承承载性能和刚度的影响。结果表明:相同载荷条件下,计入温度场后预负荷轴承的最大等效应力和最大接触应力都有所增加,且最大接触应力增加幅度较大;在过盈量和空心度一定时,预负荷轴承的径向刚度随温度的升高而变大;在空心度和过盈量变化时,预负荷轴承的径向刚度随载荷的变化规律不明显,但总体变化幅度较小。
According to the theory of contact mechanics, the thermal-mechanical coupled finite element analysis model of pre-loaded hollow cylindrical roller bearings including temperature field was built, and the effects of temperature on bearing performance and rigidity of pre-loaded hollow cylindrical roller bearings were analyzed. The results show that when included the temperature field, the maximum equivalent stress and contact stress of the bearing are increased, and the maximum contact stress is increased greatly. When the pre-load and the hollow ratio are unchanged, the bearings radial stiffness is increased with the increase of temperature. When the pre-load and the hollow ratio are changed, the bearings radial stiffness is changed a little with the increase of load.
