摘要
目的分析手术室护士对工作环境的精神气候感知现状,并剖析了其影响因素,可为建立良好的精神气候感知环境提供一些参考。方法采用便利抽样法,选取132名手术室护士作为研究对象,采用问卷星形式对护士的一般情况和中文版精神气候简式量表进行问卷调查,分析手术室护士精神气候感知现状及其影响因素。结果手术室护士对工作环境精神气候感知条目均分为(3.88±0.71),总得分为(15.52±2.86)。多元线性回归分析显示:是否热爱护理事业、工作负荷重、同事之间的关系,是手术室护士对工作环境精神气候感知的重要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士对自身工作环境精神气候感知处于中等偏上的水平,提示护理管理者可以针对具体影响因素进行相应改善,以提高手术室护士的精神气候感知水平。
Objective Through this study,we analyzed the operating room nurses'mental climate perception of the working environment and its influencing factors,which can provide some reference for the establishment of a good mental climate perception environment.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,132 operating room nurses were selected as the research object.The general situation of nurses and the Chinese version of the short scale of mental climate were investigated in the form of questionnaire star,and the current situation and influencing factors of mental climate perception of operating room nurses were analyzed.Results The average score of operating room nurses'perception of mental climate of working environment was(3.88±0.71),and the total score was(15.52±2.86).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that loving nursing,heavy workload and the relationship between colleagues were the important influencing factors of nurses'perception of the spiritual climate of working environment(P<0.05).Conclusions The operating room nurses'perception of the spiritual climate of their own working environment is at the upper-middle level,suggesting that nursing managers can improve the spiritual climate perception level of operating room nurses according to specific influencing factors.
