摘要
探究如何培养高素质的乡村旅游人才不但是乡村旅游高质量发展的需要,而且对乡村振兴战略实践都将产生深远的影响。高质量的乡村旅游人才培养犹如一项系统工程,是院校、企业、政府3个主体协同作用的结果。研究基于乡村旅游企业的视角,构建“院校专业培养、企业实践赋能、政府政策支持”一体三位的乡村旅游人才培养体系;通过“校企协同—校政协同—政企协同”3个主体的高度耦合协调,最终实现三位一体的高质量乡村旅游人才培养目标。
Exploring how to cultivate high-quality rural tourism talents is not only a requirement for the high-quality development of rural tourism,but also will have a profound impact on the practice of rural revitalization strategies.The cultivation of high-quality rural tourism talents is like a systematic project,which is the result of the synergistic effect of the three main bodies,colleges,enterprises,and governments.Based on the perspective of rural tourism enterprises,the research builds a three-in-one rural tourism talent training system of"institutional professional training,enterprise practice empowerment,and government policy support";through"school-enterprise collaboration-school-government collaboration-government-enterprise collaboration"The high degree of coupling and coordination of the three subjects finally achieves the trinity goal of cultivating high-quality rural tourism talents.
