基于T-P-R-T循环路径的高校旅游管理专业本科人才培养模式研究 被引量:3

Research on the Undergraduate Training Mode of Tourism Management Major in Colleges and Universities based on T-P-R-T Cycle Path

摘要 新时期旅游业转型升级对高层次旅游人才提出了新的要求,而高校旅游管理专业本科人才培养与市场需求之间存在供需错位、理论与实践脱节等诸多问题。该文通过构建T-P-R-T旅游管理人才培养的循环路径,以中南财经政法大学为例,创新人才培养模式,探索旅游人才培养中课程教学、行业实践和学术科研三方面的循环促进路径。研究表明高校旅游人才培养应通过创新课程教学体系、完善行业实践环节和强化学术科研训练,形成可持续闭合的T-P-R-T循环路径。 The transformation and upgrading of tourism industry in the new era puts forward new requirements for high-level tourism talents.However,there exist many problems in the undergraduate training of tourism management major in colleges and universities,such as the mismatch between supply and demand,the disconnection between theory and practice,and so on.By constructing the circular path of T-P-R-T tourism management talent training,taking Zhongnan University of economics and law as an example,this paper innovates the talent training mode and explores the circulation promotion path of curriculum teaching,industry practice and academic research in tourism talent training.The research shows that the tourism talent training in colleges and universities should form a sustainable and closed T-P-R-T cycle by innovating the course teaching system,perfecting the industrial practice link and strengthening the academic research training.
