茵陈蒿汤联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸临床疗效观察 被引量:6

Efficacy of Yingchensong Decoction combined with blue light irradiation in treatment of jaundice in newborns

摘要 目的观察茵陈蒿汤、蓝光照射联合治疗新生儿黄疸(NJ)临床疗效。方法将我院收治的130例NJ患儿随机分治疗组与对照组各65例,对照组采用蓝光照射治疗,治疗组采用茵陈蒿汤+蓝光照射联合治疗。比较两组临床总有效率,光疗、住院时间、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、免疫球蛋白(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组有效率(P<0.05);治疗组光疗时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组TBIL、DBIL水平均下降,IgA、IgG水平均升高,且治疗组TBIL、DBIL水平低于对照组,IgA、IgG水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与蓝光照射比较,茵陈蒿汤、蓝光照射联合治疗NJ,明显缩短疗程,增强免疫功能,疗效更满意,值得推广。 Objective To observe the efficacy of the combination of Yingchensong Decoction and blue light irradiation in treatment of neonatal jaundice(NJ).Methods A total of 130 cases of NJ patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,65 cases each.Control group was treated with blue light irradiation,and treatment group was treated with Yingchensong Decoction on the basis of control group.The total response rate,phototherapy,length of hospital stay,total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),immunoglobulin(IgA),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group(P<0.05);the phototherapy time and hospitalization time in treatment group were shorter than control group(P<0.05);the levels of TBIL and DBIL in both groups decreased,and were lower in treatment group than control group;the levels of IgA and IgG were enhanced,and were higher in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with blue light irradiation,the ombination of Yingchensong Decoction and blue light irradiation for NJ significantly shortenes the course of treatment,enhances immune function,and has more satisfactory efficacy,which is worth promoting.
