强脉冲光治疗面部痤疮印迹的疗效观察

摘要 目的 评价强脉冲光治疗痤疮印迹的疗效和安全性。方法 回顾2020年1月至2021年12月于大连市皮肤病医院门诊确诊的60例痤疮印迹患者,年龄16-39岁,病程3周-2年。观察组30例采用强脉冲光治疗,对照组30例未采用相关治疗方式,所有患者均完成3次治疗及随访。根据医生整体评价法(PGA)评价疗效。采用Mann-Whitney U检验分析比较疗效差异。结果 采用Mann-Whitney U检验分析两组治疗后疗效PGA评分结果。结果显示与第1次治疗后相比,随着治疗次数的增加PGA评分逐渐提升。观察组和对照组治疗后疗效PGA评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后均未出现水疱、结痂等不良反应。结论 强脉冲光治疗痤疮印迹能够缩短疗程,快速改善症状,治疗安全,值得临床推广。 Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of broad-band intense pulsed light in the treatment of acne print.Methods sixty acne patients were collected from Laser Department,Dalian Dermatology Hospital,from January 2020 to December 2021,and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Their age ranged from 16 to 39 years,and disease duration ranged from 3 weeks to 2 years.Of the 60 patients,30 were treated with intense pulsed light,and 30 were not treated.All patients completed three session of treatment and follow-up.Therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by using physician global assessment(PGA)scales,and adverse reactions were assessed.Mann-Whitney U test were used to analyze differences of efficacy.Results Compared with the PGA score after 1 session of treatment,the PGA score gradually increased along with the increase of treatment sessions(all P<0.05).After treatment,no adverse reactions.Conclusion intense pulsed light is effective and safe for the treatment of acne print,and are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
