摘要
电子设备的快速发展不仅使得电磁污染成为人们生活中的一个严重问题,同时它们的干扰也会导致其他电子设备和系统出现故障。碳系材料因具有质量轻、电导率高、来源广、耐腐蚀、低密度以及优异的化学稳定性和机械性能,可用于研发轻质的电磁屏蔽材料。然而,碳材料和聚合物之间的分散性却很差,为此,大量的研究人员采用了界面设计来解决该问题。笔者通过对炭黑、石墨、碳纤维、石墨烯、碳纳米管等碳系填料的结构、性能特点、碳填充物/聚合物的界面设计的研究的梳理,提出了构建“薄、轻、宽、强”的高性能屏蔽材料仍然是电磁干扰(Electromagnetic interference, EMI)屏蔽材料领域的关注要点,未来用于EMI屏蔽的碳材料将集中在轻质设备上。
The rapid development of electronic devices has not only made electromagnetic pollution a serious problem in people's lives,but also their interference can cause malfunction of other electronic devices and systems.Carbon-based materials can be used to develop lightweight electromagnetic shielding materials because of their light mass,high electrical conductivity,wide source,corrosion resistance,low density,and excellent chemical stability and mechanical properties.However,the dispersion between carbon materials and polymers is poor,and for this reason,a large number of researchers have used interface design to solve the problem.By combing the structure and performance characteristics of carbon fillers such as carbon black,graphite,carbon fiber,graphene and carbon nanotubes,and the interface design of carbon fillers/polymers,the author proposes that the construction of"thin,light,wide and strong"high-performance shielding materials is still the main concern in the field of EMI shielding materials,and the future use of carbon materials for EMI shielding will be focused on light weight.The future of carbon materials for EMI shielding will focus on lightweight devices.
