摘要
为改善聚氨酯阻尼复合材料的热力学、力学、介电性能等性质,文章提出将不同结构的碳系材料(石墨、石墨烯)加到聚氨酯阻尼复合材料中,研究发现,石墨烯可以有效改善复合材料的热稳定性,提高介电性能;石墨粒子可以大幅度提高复合材料的耐热性;对聚氨酯阻尼复合材料的介电性能的测试显示,石墨的加入可改善复合材料的电学性能,当石墨用量为1.0 wt.%时,复合材料的介电常数最优。
In order to improve the thermodynamic, mechanical and dielectric properties of polyurethane damping composites, this paper proposes to add carbon materials(graphite, graphene) with different structures to polyurethane damping composites. It is found that graphene can effectively improve the thermal stability and dielectric properties of the composites. Graphite particles can greatly improve the heat resistance of composites. The test of dielectric properties of polyurethane damping composites showed that the addition of graphite can improve the electrical properties of the composites. When the amount of graphite is 1.0 wt.%, the dielectric constant of the composites is the best.
