摘要
可扩充阵列模块由于其具有独立性、模块化的优势,在相控阵雷达系统中承担着重要组成部分。本研究提出了一种应用于L波段的可扩充阵列模块的设计,详细介绍了系统组成及工作原理,经过HFSS软件射频仿真以及热力学仿真分析,设计上满足指标要求。样机实物测试性能指标满足雷达系统需求,并且通道间一致性好,提升了雷达系统校正效率和实际使用性能。
Scalable array module plays an important role in phased array radar system because of its independence and modularity.This research presents the design of a scalable array module applied to L-band.The system composition and working principle are introduced in detail.After RF simulation of HFSS software and thermodynamic simulation analysis,the design meets the index requirements.The prototype has been tested.The test performance indicators meet the requirements of the radar system,and the consistency between channels is good,which improves the calibration efficiency and practical performance of the radar system.
