摘要 为LTD型重复频率脉冲驱动源研制了一种阻抗6Ω、功率2.5GW的长脉冲功率模块。为了提高单模块输出功率、优化模块空间结构、减小脉冲波形畸变,采用了两个放电开关同步驱动四条环形Blumlein PFN的设计思想,实现高压电脉冲对直线变压器初级线圈的四端口对称馈电。借助激光触发火花开关技术,初步开展了LTD电压叠加实验研究,在两级2.5GW脉冲功率模块上获得了功率5.2GW、半宽160ns、重频5Hz的脉冲输出。 A 2.5 GW long pulse power module with impedance of 6 Ω is developed for repetitive pulse LTD generator. In order to increase output power, optimize configuration and improve waveform aberration, four annular Blumlein PFNs driven by two switches synchronously are designed, and high voltage pulse can symmetrically feed primary coil of a linear transformer in four directions. There are performed experiments of adding voltage in two 2.5 GW LTD modules, and this equipment can produce pulses with power of 5.2 GW, half width of 160 ns and repeat rate of 5 Hz in virtue of laser trigger spark switches technology.
