一种多路DAM环境试验测试系统的设计

摘要 数字阵列模块(DAM)是一种将多个收发通道集成的雷达前端模块,集成度高、测试复杂。传统的环境试验测试系统只能进行单个DAM测试,存在耗时长、集成度不高等缺点,是制约数字阵列雷达大批量生产和试验的瓶颈,急需研制一套可以进行多路DAM环境试验的测试系统。该多路DAM环境试验测试系统通过采用多通道同步快速测试、高集成度结构设计、智能化软件设计等技术,可以一次完成36个DAM组件的环境试验,测试时间小于60 min,测试效率较传统测试系统大幅提高。经过实际应用证明,该系统性能稳定、自动化程度高,大大提高了DAM的批产效率。 Digital array module is a kind of radar front-end module which integrates muliple transceiver channels,which has high integration and complex testing.The traditional environmental test and test system can only perform a single DAM test,which has the disadvantages of long time and low integration.It is a bottleneck restricting the mass production and testing of digital array radars.There is an urgent need to develop a test system that can perform multi-channel DAM environmental tests.The test system can complete the environmental test of 36 DAM components by using multi-channel synchronous rapid testing,high integration structure design,intelligent software design and so on.The test time of 36 DAM is less than 60 min,and the test efficiency is greatly improved compared with the traditional test system.The actual application proves that the system has stable performance and high degree of automation,which greatly improves the batch production efficiency of DAM.
