摘要
高校图书馆大学生数字素养教育是数字人才强国、提升全民全社会数字素养的重要助推。分析大学生数字素养教育需求、优化教育路径,有助于供需协同、高效精准提升高校图书馆数字素养教育效能。立足系统内外协同观,运用焦点小组访谈与编码分析,提炼确定高校图书馆大学生数字素养教育项目。在此基础上基于Kano模型综合分析高校图书馆大学生数字素养教育需求层次、层级和优先级排序。进一步结合高校图书馆数字素养教育现状调研深入剖析教育供需失协的现实困境,以供需协同视角设计高校图书馆数字素养教育供需协同模型。从需求识别、协同供给、资源整合、全周期管理等方面提出高校图书馆大学生数字素养教育优化路径。
Digital literacy education of college students in university libraries is an important boost to strengthen the country with digital talents and improve the digital literacy of the whole society.Analyzing the demand and optimizing education paths of digital literacy education for college students will help to promote the efficiency of digital literacy education in university libraries in a coordinated,efficient and accurate manner.This study comprehensively uses focus group interviews and coding analysis to refine and determine the digital literacy education projects for students in university library based on the internal and external synergy view of the system.On this basis,this paper uses Kano model to conduct a comprehensive analysis of education needs to identify and determine the level,level and priority of digital literacy education needs of university library students.Furthermore,it analyzes the dilemma of the mismatch between supply and demand of education combined with the current situation,and designs a collaborative model of supply and demand of digital literacy education in university libraries.This paper puts forward the innovative path of digital literacy education in university libraries from the aspects of demand identification,collaborative supply,resource integration,and full cycle management.
