Investigation and Reflection on the Status Quo of College Students’Network Literacy

摘要 近几年,培养和提升大学生网络素养工作引起政府和社会的广泛关注。对大学生网络素养现状的科学调查与有效评估是开展相关素养培训服务的前提。本研究在文献研究基础上提出包括认知与观念、行为与技能的网络素养构成框架,并基于此编制大学生网络素养调查问卷,抽样调查我国某高校1073名大学生的网络素养现状,采用描述性分析、差异检验、聚类分析方法考察大学生网络素养整体水平、不同学生群体的网络素养差异、大学生网络素养特征人群分类。研究发现,大学生网络素养在行为与技能维度得分低于认知与观念维度;网龄、家庭居住地、家庭资本方面存在显著差异;普遍存在网络媒介认知不足和网络接触习惯不良问题。本研究基于研究结果对正确认知网络世界、不良上网习惯隐患、提升网络信息素养与联通能力、家庭资本在网络素养中的折射四个问题展开讨论,期望文章结论能够为大学生网络素养调查与培训提供支撑。 In recent years,the cultivation and promotion of college students'network literacy have attracted widespread attention from the government and society.The scientific investigation and effective evaluation of college students'network literacy are the prerequisites for carrying out relevant literacy education and training services.Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature,this study constructed a framework of network literacy that includes two dimensions of cognition and notion,behavior and skills.After that,the college student network literacy survey questionnaire was compiled and verified by its reliability and validity.This study used this questionnaire to conduct a sample survey on the status quo of network literacy of 1073 college students in a university in China.Through descriptive analysis,difference testing,and cluster analysis methods,the overall level of college students'network literacy,differences in network literacy of different student groups,and characteristics classification of college students'network literacy were analyzed.Results indicate that the overall behavior and skill scores of college students are lower than the scores of cognition and notion;college students'network literacy differs significantly in terms of internet using age,place of residence and family capital;students generally suffer from insufficient awareness of network media and poor network using habits.Based on the research results,the article discusses four issues:proper understandings of the Internet world,hidden dangers of bad Internet habits,improvement of network information literacy and connected ability,and the reflection of family capital in network literacy,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The author expects this article to provide theory,tools,and research support for further college students'network literacy survey and training services.
