摘要
围绕土地开发强度的概念内涵、量度、影响因素三个方面,对国内现有相关研究成果进行了系统梳理和分析。研究认为,土地开发强度的概念内涵具有复杂性、综合性、动态性;土地开发强度的确定主要基于两种视角:规划未来土地开发——规划设计视角、优化现状土地开发——测度评价视角,土地开发强度的表征指标多元;土地开发强度的影响因素多样,其研究对象绝大多数是城市土地,应逐渐把目光扩大到全域土地开发强度,即“国土开发强度”。
This paper systematically combs and analyzes the existing domestic research results around the concept connotation,measurement and influencing factors of land development intensity.The research shows that the concept connotation of land development intensity is complex,comprehensive and dynamic.The determination of land development intensity is mainly based on two perspectives:planning the future land development-planning and design level,or optimizing current land development–measurement and evaluation level,and the characterization indicators of land development intensity are diverse.There are various factors affecting the land development intensity,but most of the research objects are urban land.Therefore,the focus should be gradually expanded to the whole area land.
