摘要
论述了土地市场对当前城市规划所产生的巨大冲击和深远影响。土地市场要求城市规划以土地价格与租金为导向,充分利用土地经济的集聚效应。反过来,城市规划又能动地作用于土地市场,调节着城市土地的开发强度和土地价值的分布。
This paper expounds that land market has profound impact on city plan-ning in project system.Land market demands that city planning be effected by price as well as rent and made full use of gathering effects of land economy.On the other hand city planning can act on land market and regulate the intensity of land deve-lopment and distribution of land value.
