泡沫轻质土在软土地区高速公路改扩建中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 软土地区高速公路改扩建存在差异沉降大的问题,依托广东佛江高速改扩建工程,分析了软土地区基底采用泡沫轻质土换填的机理,根据荷载等效原则推导了泡沫轻质土合理换填厚度,并与常规CFG桩复合地基法进行经济效益对比,发现泡沫轻质土换填可大幅降低工程造价;且建立了路基常规加宽与泡沫轻质土填筑的有限元分析模型,分析了2种加宽方式下的沉降分布。结果表明:1)采用泡沬轻质土作为加宽路基填料时,加宽后路基表面沉降和新老路基差异沉降均显著降低;2)该结果可为软土地区大规模产业化应用泡沫轻质土提供一定的理论基础。 There is a key problem of large differential settlement in the reconstruction and widening of expressways in soft-soil areas.Based on the example of Guangdong Foshan-Jiangmen Expressway reconstruction and expansion project,this paper analyzes the mechanism of replacing the base with foamed lightweight soil in soft-soil area,deduces the reasonable replacement thickness of foam lightweight soil according to the load equivalent principle.Compared with the conventional CFG pile composite foundation method,it is found that the replacement of foam light soil can greatly reduce the project cost.A finite element analysis model for conventional widening of subgrade and filling with foamed light soil is established,and the settlement distribution under the two widening methods is analyzed.The results show that:1)The settlement of the subgrade surface and the differential settlement of the old and new subgrades are significantly reduced when the foamed light soil is used as the widening subgrade filler;2)The results of this paper can provide a certain theoretical basis for the large-scale industrial application of foam lightweight soil in soft soil areas.
