摘要
介绍了气泡混合轻质土的制备工艺流程,概述了国内外对其基本物理性能、力学性能以及耐久性方面的研究,分别从路基填筑加宽、软基处理、地铁隧道减荷、特殊地段路基填筑、回填灌浆及冻土地区隔热保温6个方面对其在公路工程中的关键应用技术进行了阐述;并通过与EPS块体及EPS颗粒混合轻质土的对比,分析了气泡混合轻质土在工程中的应用优势;最后从理论及施工两个方面提出了气泡混合轻质土技术存在的主要问题,展望了其发展趋势及研究方向。
The preparation process of foamed cement banking was introduced. Achievements in the study of the basic physical properties, mechanical properties and durability of foamed cement banking, both at home and abroad, were reviewed. The key application technology of highway engineering was described based on 6 aspects which conclude subgrade filling and widening, treatment of soft foundation, load relief of the tunnels, subgrade filling in special section, backfilling grouting and heat-insulation in frozen earth area. Then, the application advantage of foamed cement banking was analyzed by comparing with EPS block and EPS beads-mixed lightweight soil. At last, the main problems in the theory and construction, and the future development trends and research directions of foamed cement banking were put forward.
