摘要
作为创新研究的新兴领域,企业社会创新已经引起了人们的关注,但现有研究仍然不够充分。基于文献研究和内容分析,首先,探索性地界定和完善了企业社会创新的概念,并提出其具备目标社会性、过程协同性、方式新颖性和创新一般性等特征;然后,运用要素组合的方式提炼了企业社会创新的10个子要素和5大核心要素,进而提出了判定企业社会创新的三个标准,分别是创新社会问题解决办法、变革企业发展方式、提升社会幸福水平;最后,通过理论溯源,探寻了企业社会创新研究的理论依据根植于创新理论、利益相关者理论和企业生态系统理论。研究结论表明企业社会创新研究恰逢其时,未来应进一步加快推进该领域研究进程。
As an emerging field of innovation research,corporate social innovation(CSI)has attracted more and more attention,but existing research is still fragmented.Based on the literature and content analysis,firstly,the concept of CSI is exploratively refined,and its characteristicsare proposed,such as the social nature of the goal,process synergy,approachnovelty,and innovationgenerality.Then,the ten sub-elements and five core elements of CSI are refined using the combination of elements.Then three criteria for identifying CSI are proposed:innovative solutions to social problems,changing the way of corporate development and improving social happiness.Finally,through theoretical tracing,the theoretical basis of CSI research is rooted in innovation,stakeholder,and enterprise ecosystem theories.The findings suggest that the research on CSI is timely,and the process in this domain should be further accelerated.
