摘要
社会创新的实践与研究在中国刚刚起步。文章基于两届"中国社会创新奖"项目数据对中国社会创新的总体水平与存在的问题进行初步的实证分析。实证研究发现,中国社会创新总体水平不高,主要表现为社会创新参与主体规模小经费少、社会创新区域发展不平衡、创新性不足和可持续性差等特点。基于上述实证分析,文章提出了对社会创新的初步认识以及需要进一步解决和讨论的问题。
In China, social innovation is a new practice and a new phenomenon, and there are very few studiesrelated to it. The paper describes how social innovation is faring in China, and analyzes corresponding prob-lems, based on data from two sessions of CSIA. It finds that the general level of social innovation in China isnot high, as seen in the small number of participants involved in social innovation, lack of funds, the imbalanceof regional development, lack of innovativeness ; and lack of sustainability. Based on the above empirical analy-sis, the paper puts forward a preliminary understanding of social innovation and raises some issues needed to besolved and discussed further.
