摘要
目的研究1.0 mg/kg艾司洛尔在无痛胃肠镜镇静麻醉中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月本院收治的200例实施无痛胃肠镜检查患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组给予丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼静脉麻醉,观察组在对照组基础上增加1.0 mg/kg艾司洛尔静脉输注。比较两组的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、镇痛效果、苏醒时间及不良反应发生情况。结果胃镜过声门时(T1)、胃镜至十二指肠时(T2)、退镜时(T3),观察组的MAP、HR、RR均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后30 min、1 h,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的麻醉清醒时间、意识恢复时间、留院观察时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论1.0 mg/kg艾司洛尔在无痛胃肠镜镇静麻醉中的应用效果良好,能够有效维持患者血压、HR、呼吸的稳定性,降低疼痛感,缩短苏醒时间,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To study the application effect of 1.0 mg/kg esmolol in sedation anesthesia of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given propofol combined with sufentanil intravenous anesthesia,and the observation group was given 1.0 mg/kg esmolol intravenous infusion on the basis of the control group.The mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),analgesic effect,recovery time and occurrrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results When gastroscopy passed through the glottis(T1),reached to the duodenum(T2),and was withdrawn(T3),the MAP,HR and RR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 30 min and 1 h after operation,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anesthesia awake time,consciousness recovery time and observation time in the hospital in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.0 mg/kg esmolol applied in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy sedation anesthesia has a good effect,it can effectively maintain the stability of blood pressure,HR and respiration,reduce pain,shorten recovery time,and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions.
