摘要
目的:观察研究临床对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者实施丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼静脉麻醉的效果。方法择取我科室在既往3年内接诊的行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的160例胆囊良性疾病患者,按照手术麻醉的不同将患者分组,将其中实施丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉的78例患者记为 A组,将其中实施丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼静脉麻醉的82例患者记为B组,就两组患者的麻醉效果进行比对分析。结果组间在各术后恢复情况方面比较,具有明显的差异(P<0.05);在术后无痛率及镇静率方面比较,B组患者也具有明显的优势(P<0.05)。结论临床对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼麻醉的麻醉效果是非常理想的,应作为腹腔镜胆囊切除术的首选麻醉措施在临床进行推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical research of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of patients with the ef ect of propofol combined with sufentanil intravenous anesthesia.Methods Take my department in the past 3 years of treatment in the patients with resection,laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 160 cases of benign gal bladder disease,according to the dif erent operation anesthesia were divided,which wil be the implementation of intravenous anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil in 78 patients were recorded as A group,which wil be the implementation of propofol combined with sufentanil intravenous anesthesia in 82 patients remember to B group,to compare the analysis on anesthesia ef ect of two groups were.Results Compared with group in the recovery after operation,with significant dif erence(P<0.05);in the painless rate and sedation rate after operation,patients in group B also has the obvious advantage(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with the implementation of the anesthetic ef ect of propofol combined with sufentanil anesthesia is ideal,as laparoscopic cholecystectomy preferred measures were applied in the clinical anesthesia.
