摘要
文章旨在探究健康信息甄别能力影响因素,为提高人们的健康信息甄别能力提供参考。采用元人种志方法对12篇与健康信息甄别能力影响因素相关的样本文献进行分析,发现健康信息甄别能力影响因素可分为信息、个人和社会3个维度。其中,信息维度包括信息来源、信息质量和信息结构3个子因素,个人维度包括个性特征、健康信息素养和人口统计学特征3个子因素,社会维度包括社会支持、物质基础和制度保障3个子因素。
This paper aims to explore the influencing factors of ability of screening health information,and provide reference for improving people's ability of screening health information.Based on the analysis of 12 sample documents related to the influencing factors of ability of screening health information with the method of meta-ethnography,it is found that the influencing factors of ability of screening health information can be divided into three dimensions:information,individual and society.Among them,the information dimension includes three sub factors of information source,information quality and information structure,the individual dimension includes three sub factors of personality characteristics,health information literacy and demographic characteristics,and the society dimension includes three sub factors of social support,material foundation and institutional security.
