摘要
目的探讨基于问题的学习方法(PBL)结合情景模拟教学对医学生语言表达和沟通能力的影响效果。方法将广州医科大学临床医学本科生80名作为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规教学法,实验组采用PBL结合情景模拟教学法。比较两组医学生语言表达和沟通能力。结果实验组学生的主动表达的意识、表达的自信心、表达准确清晰、非语言因素的运用、倾听和共情等语言表达能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=5.29、4.30、5.44、3.04、4.31,P均<0.05)。实验组学生的自我评价、环境知觉、沟通表现、与朋友沟通倾向、与陌生人沟通倾向等沟通能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=4.21、4.94、3.30、5.74、3.17,P均<0.05)。结论PBL结合情景模拟能够有效提升医学生的语言表达和沟通能力。
Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with scenario simulation teaching on language expression and communication ability of medical students.Methods A total of 80 clinical medical undergraduates from Guangzhou Medical University were divided into experimental group and control group.The control group adopted conventional teaching method,while the experimental group adopted PBL combined with situational simula⁃tion method.The language expression and communication ability of the two groups of medical students were compared.Results The scores of language expression in the experimental group were higher than those in terms of the control group in the consciousness of active expression,confidence of expression,accuracy and clarity of expression,the use of non-linguistic factors,listening and empathy,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.29,4.30,5.44,3.04,4.31,P<0.05).The scores of self-evaluation,environmental perception,communication performance,tendency to commu⁃nicate with friends and tendency to communicate with strangers in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.21,4.94,3.30,5.74,3.17,P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching can effectively improve the language expression and communication abil⁃ity of medical students.
