摘要
为了适应医学模式的转变以及满足21世纪医疗服务的需求,美国医学院协会对北美144所医学院校进行了医学交流教学及评估的调查,并提出了新的培养目标.调查显示北美地区95.65%的医学院校在进行着不同程度的医学交流技能教学.小组讨论及教师信息反馈是目前最常用的教学方法,但最有效的教学方法是角色扮演和录像;最好的评估方法是配备录像的标准化病人考试及教师的观察考评.新的培养计划根据学习的不同时期分为二个阶段六个目标.
In order to keep pace with the transformations of medical educational model and needs for 21st century medical service, the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) carried out investigations into communicative skill education and evaluation at 144 medical schools in North America. A new objective of education has been established. The investigation shows that 95.65% of medical schools in North America are carrying out communicative skill education of various extents. Small-group discussion and feedback from teachers are the most common teaching methods. The most effective methods are, however, role-play and video recording. Examination by standardized patient with video recorder and direct observation by teachers are considered the as the best evaluation methods. The new educational plan falls into two stages and six objectives according to different academic years.
