摘要
目的研究增加情景模拟教学对八年制医学生儿科见习效果的影响。方法将60名八年制医学生在儿科见习的1个月分为传统授课2周和情景模拟教学2周,见习结束对所有医学生发放电子调查问卷,不记名调查,同时比较学习效果。结果64.71%的同学表示了对情景模拟教学的兴趣,提高了学习积极性;58.82%同学表示情景模拟教学有助于更好掌握学科内容;74.51%见习同学表示情景模拟教学可以更好促进临床实践。但情景模拟教学实施常需学生花费更多时间。结论情景模拟教学可以作为儿科见习过程中的重要辅助教学模式,需结合实际情况加以采用。
Objective To evaluate the impact of scenario simulation teaching on the training of pediatric internship for eight-year program medical students.Methods Sixty medical students were enrolled in the study.The month spend in pediatric department was divided into traditional teaching for two weeks and scenario simulation teaching for another two weeks.Electronic questionnaires and anonymous surveys were applied to all medical students,and then learning effects were compared.Results The response from 64.71%of students showed great interests on the scenario simulation method which improved the enthusiasm for learning.The results also showed that 58.82%of students acknowledged the great support to their training.Also,74.51%of students agreed that scenario simulation teaching promoted their clinical practice.However,the implementation of scenario simulation teaching often required students to spend more time.Conclusions Scenario simulation teaching can be used as an important assistant teaching mode in the process of pediatric internship training and it should be adopted in combination with the in spot training.
