摘要
目的:分析抗菌药物分级管理的具体实施方法,评估其实施效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年6月暨南大学附属顺德医院收治的患者1000例为观察对象,基于是否结合医院信息化管理系统实施抗菌药物分级管理进行分组,研究组500例结合医院信息化管理系统实施2022年版抗菌药物分级管理原则,对照组500例实施2012年版常规抗菌药物分级管理原则。比较两组患者出院时抗菌药物使用时间、人均使用频次、人均费用,比较两组患者三类抗菌药物使用频次。结果:研究组出院时抗菌药物使用时间短于对照组,人均使用频次、人均费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组非限制级抗菌药物使用频次、限制级抗菌药物使用频次、特殊级抗菌药物使用频次低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结合医院信息化管理系统实施2022年版抗菌药物分级管理能够促进我院抗菌药物的合理使用,减少住院患者抗菌药物的使用时间,控制抗菌药物使用频次,降低患者抗菌药物的治疗费用。
Objective:To analyze the specific implementation methods of graded management of antibacterial drugs and evaluate its implementation effect.Methods:A total of 1000 patients admitted to the Affiliated Shunde Hospital of Jinan University from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.They were grouped based on whether or not the hospital information management system was used to implement the graded management of antibacterial drugs.The 500 patients in the study group were treated according to the graded management principle of antibacterial drugs in 2022 edition in combination with hospital information management system,and 500 patients in the control group were treated according to the graded management principle of antibacterial drugs in 2012 edition.The use time of antibacterial drugs,per capita use frequency and per capita cost,as well the use frequency of three types of antibacterial drugs in the two groups upon discharge from hospital were compared.Results:Upon discharge from hospital,the use time of antibacterial drugs in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the per capita use frequency and the per capita cost in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The use frequency of non-restricted antibacterial drugs,restricted antibacterial drugs and special antibacterial drugs in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with the hospital information management system,the implementation of the 2022 edition of graded management of antibacterial drugs can promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs in this hospital,reduce the use time of antibacterial drugs for inpatients,control the use frequency of antibacterial drugs,and reduce the treatment cost of antibacterial drugs for patients.
