摘要
基于角膜地形图建立个性化圆锥角膜几何模型,采用考虑胶原纤维微结构的HGO本构模型,模拟Corvis ST检测过程并结合临床检测结果确定圆锥角膜超弹性本构参数及胶原纤维刚度。结果表明:圆锥角膜胶原纤维刚度(k 1圆锥)与中央厚度(CCT圆锥)高度相关,两者关系为k 1圆锥=397.042-0.588CCT圆锥。可由圆锥角膜患者中央角膜厚度值估算其纤维刚度,建立与患者实际更相符的圆锥角膜有限元模型,为后期做圆锥角膜相关个性化治疗的仿真模拟研究提供一定的模型参考。
To establish a personalized keratoconus finite element model,a personalized geometric model of keratoconus was established based on corneal topography.The HGO constitutive model considering the microstructure of collagen fibers is used to simulate the Corvis ST test process and combines with clinical test results to determine the hyperelastic constitutive parameters and the stiffness of collagen fibers.The results show that the collagen fiber stiffness(k 1keratoconus)was highly correlated with the central thickness(CCT keratoconus),and the relationship was k 1keratoconus=397.042-0.588CCT keratoconus.According to the results,the fiber stiffness of keratoconus patients can be estimated by the central corneal thickness value,and a finite element model of keratoconus that is more consistent with the actual patients can be established,which provides a certain model reference for the simulation study of keratoconus related treatment in the later period.
