摘要
劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,对建设人才型社会、实现中华民族的伟大复兴具有重要作用,对大学生个人成才至关重要。因此,高校必须重视劳动教育。依托河海大学水利水电工程专业的实验室资源和科研项目,将课程内容划分为与实验室仪器运维相结合的常规型劳动教育,以及与科研项目实验活动相结合的特色劳动教育,探索知识、能力、素养“三位一体”的劳动教育体系,使学生在劳动教育中树立正确的劳动观,培养吃苦耐劳的精神,掌握扎实的水利专业技能,成为一名合格的水利人才。
Labor education is an important content of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.It plays an important role in building a talent society and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and is crucial to the individual success of college and university students.Therefore,colleges and universities must attach importance to labor education.Relying on water conservancy and hydropower engineering professional laboratory resources and scientific research projects,the course content is divided into routine labor education combined with laboratory instruments operations,and characteristic labor education combined with scientific research experimental activities,to explore a set of labor education system integrated with knowledge,ability and literacy,to help students establish the correct concept of labor,to cultivate the spirit of bearing hardships,to master solid water conservancy professional skills,and to become qualified water conservancy talents.
