摘要
为改善高铁与轨道交通换乘协调,管理者通常根据换乘系统运行现状发现问题并采取相应措施,而主动识别换乘系统产生变化的因果关系,量化旅客换乘活动对衔接协调性的干扰程度,可以解决目前管理的被动性和滞后性。由于影响和表征换乘系统状态的对象均为旅客,故从人因的视角选取相关评价指标,获取高铁换乘轨道交通乘客感知数据。引入生态环境领域的DPSIR模型构建换乘系统协调性评价的结构方程模型,利用偏最小二乘法原理进行参数估计,研究驱动力、压力、状态、影响以及响应之间的交互关系,分析各影响因素对换乘系统的作用效应并对其进行矩阵分类。研究结果表明:DPSIR模型适用于高铁换乘轨道交通衔接协调性的因果变化描述,各项验证性指标和路径假设均满足要求,模型具有较好的预测效果;驱动力、压力共同作用于换乘系统,导致其状态发生改变,进而影响换乘协调,但响应对协调性具有一定的改善效果;处于不协调和极不协调区域的指标均为压力型,提高换乘协调的关键在于缓解压力。上述研究结果为改善换乘协调,提高乘客换乘体验,进一步增加轨道交通换乘吸引力具有实际意义。
In order to improve the transfer coordination between high-speed rail and rail transit,managers usually find problems,take corresponding measures according to the current operation status of the transfer system,and identify the causal relationship of changes in the system and quantify the degree of interference of passenger transfer activities.This can solve the passivity and lag of current management.Since the objects that affect and characterize the status of the transfer system are all passengers,the relevant evaluation indicators were selected from the perspective of human factors,and the perception data of high-speed rail transfer passengers were obtained.The DPSIR model in the field of ecology and environment was introduced to establish the structural equation model of the coordination evaluation of the transfer system,and the parameter estimation was carried out by using the principle of partial least squares,the interaction relationship between driving force,pressure,state,influence,and response was studied,and the effect of each influencing factor on the transfer system was analyzed and classified as a matrix.Results show that the DPSIR model is suitable for the transfer system description of causal changes,all verification indicators meet the requirements,and the model has good prediction effect.Driving forces and pressure act together on the transfer system,causing its state to change and affecting transfer coordination,but the response has a certain improvement effect on coordination.The indicators in the uncoordinated and extremely uncoordinated areas are all stress-type,the key to improving transfer coordination is to relieve pressure.The above research results have practical significance to improve the transfer coordination,improving the transfer experience of passengers,and further increasing the attractiveness of rail transit.
