摘要
铁路枢纽是铁路车流、客流集散和中转的重要节点,其分工方案对整个枢纽运营效率和旅客服务水平有关键影响。通过从能力运用、运输组织、客运服务以及与市政交通衔接4个方面,量化设计17个相应指标,构建铁路枢纽客运站分工方案协调性评价指标体系,利用最小二乘法、熵权法分别确定主、客观权重,采取综合赋权确定指标权重,运用TOPSIS评价方法,对评价模型进行设计,并以沈阳枢纽分工调整前后方案进行实例分析,得到调整后的分工方案明显优于调整前方案,进一步验证评价指标体系和模型的可行性,从而有针对性地判断枢纽分工调整是否合理,为各枢纽客运站分工方案调整提出优化发展方向,为铁路客运需求和运力资源协调配置提供理论依据。
The railway hub is an important node for the distribution and transfer of railway traffic and passenger flow, and its division of labor has a key impact on the operational efficiency and passenger service level of the entire hub. Through the quantitative design of 17 corresponding indexes from the four aspects including capacity utilization, transportation organization, passenger service, and connection with municipal transportation, this paper constructed an evaluation index system for the coordination of the division of labor scheme for passenger stations in railway hub, and the least square method and entropy weight method were used to determine the subjective and objective weights, respectively. In addition,this paper adopted comprehensive weighting to determine the index weight, used the TOPSIS evaluation method to design the evaluation model, and analyzed the scheme before and after the adjustment in Shenyang hub. As a result, the adjusted scheme is better than the one before the adjustment. The feasibility of the evaluation index system and model was further verified to judge whether the adjustment is reasonable. The research puts forward the optimal development direction for adjusting the division of labor scheme for passenger stations in each hub and provides a theoretical basis for the coordinated allocation of railway passenger demand and transport capacity resources.
