基于改进优劣解距离法的枢纽内客运站能力利用协调度评价 被引量:2

Evaluation for Capacity Utilization Coordination of Passenger Stations in Railway Hub Based on Improved Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution Method

摘要 针对枢纽内多个客运站能力利用评价问题,以枢纽内设施能力利用匹配度指标、列车作业组织协调度指标、城市交通接驳适应度指标的耦合计算值定义多个客运站能力利用协调度指标,根据耦合度理论构建基于改进优劣解距离法的枢纽内多个客运站能力利用协调度计算模型,并结合熵权法求解枢纽内多个客运站能力利用协调度。以沈阳铁路枢纽2018年、2019年运行图为例对给出的评价方法进行验证,结果表明:提出的基于改进优劣解距离法的能力利用协调度评价模型可以有效解决枢纽内多个客运站能力利用评价和优化问题,提升运力资源配置效率、减少资源闲置、满足旅客高品质出行体验,为方案比选及预先研判提供技术支持。 To evaluate the capacity utilization of multiple passenger stations at railway hubs in China,this paper defined the coordination indices from the matching rate of facilities capacity utilization,the coordination rate of train operation,and the fitness of municipal traffic connection.According to the coupling degree theory,the capacity utilization coordination rate model of multi-station calculation was built based on the improved technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS),which was combined with the entropy weight method to solve the capacity utilization coordination of multi-stations.The evaluation method was verified by taking the train working diagram of Shenyang Railway Hub in 2018 and 2019 as an example.The results show that the proposed evaluation model based on improved TOPSIS can effectively ameliorate the capacity utilization evaluation and optimization of multiple passenger stations in the hub.It can promote the utilization efficiency of transportation capacity resources,reduce the waste of spare resources,and meet the high-quality travel experience of passengers,providing technical support for scheme comparison and pre-evaluation.
