摘要
为优化锦程煤矿21010运输顺槽支护方案,综合运用理论计算、数值模拟、矿压监测等手段进行探讨,确定巷道围岩稳定性类别为Ⅲ类;结合数值模拟研究确定锚网索联合支护具体参数;掘巷期间监测巷道表面变形量,成巷约30天后围岩基本稳定,顶底板、两帮移近量均小于70 mm,表面变形量在设计允许范围内,支护设计方案应用效果良好。
Through theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and mine pressure monitoring,the author presents the optimal scheme of combined support with bolt-mesh-cable for 21010 conveyor gateway in Jincheng Colliery,determining the stability classification of surrounding rock and the support parameters,which is proved effective with surrounding rock stability after 30 days of accomplished roadway,less than 70 mm of convergence in roof,floor and two sides and surface deformation within the allowable range.
