摘要
由于巷道受施工工艺、地质构造以及采空区等集中应力影响,巷道掘进期间频繁出现顶板下沉、破碎,底板鼓起以及两帮垮落等现象,制约着巷道安全快速掘进,以隆安煤矿11303进风顺槽巷为研究对象,对巷道过应力区期间支护技术进行合理优化,提出了“永久支护优化+注浆+矩形钢棚”联合支护技术,控制了顶板变形现象,加快了巷道掘进速度。
Due to the concentrated stresses in the roadway,such as construction technology,geological structure and mining area,the top plate sinking and breaking,bottom plate bulging and two gang collapse frequently occur during roadway boring,which restricts the safe and rapid roadway boring.The joint support technology of"permanent support optimization+grouting+rectangular steel shed"controls the top plate deformation phenomenon and speeds up the tunneling speed.
