摘要
为了合理选择刘家梁矿2号煤层瓦斯治理方法,采用现场实测、单元划分、理论分析的方法对刘家梁煤矿2号煤层综采放顶煤工作面瓦斯来源及其涌出构成进行分析,运用数值模拟对2215工作面高位定向钻孔合理层位进行研究并跟踪考察其抽采效果,确定出采空区抽采瓦斯量主要由工作面涌出,采取高位定向钻孔和上隅角插管瓦斯治理技术能较好的适用于2号煤层综采放顶煤工作面,其合理垂直布孔范围为22~40 m,水平布孔范围为10~40 m。
In order to reasonably select the No.2 coal seam gas treatment method of Liujialiang Mine,on-site measurement,unit division,The method of theoretical analysis analyzes the gas source and gushing composition of the fully mechanized top coal face of No.2 coal seam in Liujialiang Coal Mine,and uses numerical simulation to study the reasonable horizon of the high-level directional borehole of the 2215 working face and track its extraction effect,and determines that the amount of gas pumped in the goaf is mainly gushing out from the working face,and the high-level directional borehole and the upper corner intubation gas treatment technology can be better applied to the No.2 coal seam fully mechanized top coal face,and its reasonable vertical hole distribution range is 22 m~40 m,the horizontal range of hole layout is 10~40 m.
