摘要
阐述了亭南选煤厂由于中块精煤产品滞销,影响选煤厂正常生产和经济效益。通过实施块煤破碎系统工艺改造,在原有块煤系统基础上,新增1套中块精煤破碎系统,将中块精煤破碎后掺配入末煤销售,解决了中块滞销问题,提高了企业经济效益,同时增加了工艺的灵活性。
The structure of washing products of thermal coal coal preparation plant is single,and the sales of washing products are greatly affected by the changes of coal market,and the products are prone to appear unsalable.Taking Tingnan coal preparation plant as an example,in order to solve the problem of unmarketable products in the block,the block coal crushing system is reformed,and the product structure is optimized,and the broken products are mixed with terminal coal for sales,which solves the problem of unmarketable block and improves the economic benefits of the enterprise.
