摘要
为解决阳城煤矿选煤厂溢流水跑粗而导致的精煤损失与旋流器入料浓度过高的问题,该厂对粗煤泥分选系统工艺与设备进行了调整与优化,并对结构优化后的FBS粗煤泥分选机进行了单机检查,结果表明,改造后的FBS粗煤泥分选机分选精度为0.07,数量效率为95.44%,可使总精煤产率提升1.75个百分点。
High loss of clean coal and excessively high concentration of cyclone feed are the troubles confronted by the washery due to presence of excessive quantity of coarser particles in spitzkasten overflow. In order to tackle this problem, readjustment and optimization of the process and equipment are carried out for the coarse slime separation system. Results of test indicates that after renovation, the fluidized-bed separator can now work with a sharpness of separation of 0.07and an organic efficiency of 95.44% , allowing, therefore, an increase of the total yield of clean coal by 1.75 percentage points.
