摘要
介绍了水介质流化床分选机的原理,利用鸡西煤样来研究了煤颗粒在水介质流化床分选机中的沉降末速,讨论了煤颗粒的不同密度(小于1.3、1.3—1.4、1.4—1.5、1.5—1.6、1.6—1.8、大于1.8g/cm^3)、不同粒度(3—2、2—1、1—0.25mm)及形状系数对沉降末速的影响,最终建立了3个相关的数学模型,为水介质流化床分选机流态化以及工艺参数研究奠定了理论基础。
The principle of the water medium fluidized separator (WMFS) was introduced, and the settling velocity of the particles was studied in the WMFS by using sample from JiXi, the effect of the coal particle's density( 〈 1.3, 1.3 - 1.4,1.4 - 1.5,1.5 - 1.6,1.6 - 1.8, 〉 1.8g/cm^3) , granularity(3 -2,2 - 1,1 -0.25mm)and shape coefficient on the settling velocity were discussed, finally three correlative mathematical models were set up, which established the theoretical foundation for studying WMFS's fluidization and technological parameters.
