摘要
介绍了重要的粗煤泥分选设备——干扰床分选机的发展历史,阐述了国内外干扰床分选机的分选原理、结构特点,并对比分析其优缺点,同时对干扰床分选机的发展趋势进行探讨。结果表明:干扰床分选机的给料、给水结构是影响其分选效果的主要设计因素;干扰床分选机的自动控制精度应提高。
The paper introduced the development history of an important coarse slime separation facility that was teetered bed separator, and narrated the separation principle and the structural features of domestic and foreign teetered bed separators, and compared their advantages and disadvantages. Meanwhile, it discussed its development tendency. The results showed: the structure of the feeding unit and the water supplying unit was the main design factor; the automatic control precision of the teetered bed separator should be improved.
