摘要
目的分析我院疫苗管理体系现状,在江苏省疫苗管理信息化新形势下探讨我院疫苗管理体系的构建与实施。方法介绍了我院的疫苗管理体系在软件、硬件、管理制度上不断完善的过程,以及如何在云平台的质量管理监控下实现疫苗在我院的流转的各个环节保证疫苗质量。结果基于“大数据”、分布式云平台的江苏省预防接种综合服务管理信息系统实现了冷链温度实时监测、疫苗溯源、预防接种信息管理等功能。结论我院疫苗管理体系加载云平台的强大功能后更加规范化标准化,实现免疫规划信息共享共通,保证疫苗质量,保障人民群众用药安全。
OBJECTIVE Analyze the status of the vaccine management system in our hospital and discuss the construction and implementation of vaccine management system in our hospital under the new situation of vaccine management informatization in Jiangsu Province.METHODS This paper introduces the continuous improvement of software,hardware and regulatory regime and to realize the quality of vaccine circulation in our hospital under the supervision of the comprehensive cloud platform.RESULTS Big data,distribute cloud platform and other technologies applied in the integrated management cloud platform in Jiangsu Province are fully utilized to realize cold chain temperature real-time monitoring,traceability management,and vaccination information management.CONCLUSION After loading in the powerful capabilities of the cloud platform,the vaccine management system of our hospital is more standardized,which could achieve common information sharing of immunization planning and ensure the quality of the vaccine,all of which effectively improve drug safety of the public.
