“五育融合”视野下小学职前教师教育课程建设的问题检视与路径优化

The Problem of Primary School Pre-service Teacher Education Curriculum and Approach Optimization from the Perspective of“Integration of Five Domains of Education”

摘要 “五育融合”是建设高质量教育体系的先进理念,也是开创高质量小学职前教师教育课程的新格局。基于“五育融合”的视野,小学职前教师教育的课程目标、课程内容及课程结构需要回归课程整体育人的教育本质。然而,当前小学职前教师教育课程存在课程目标“五育模糊化”、课程内容“五育割裂化”、课程结构“五育失衡化”等问题,与“五育融合”精神实质相去甚远。深入探究,发现师范院校课程目标窄化、分科培养的学术化倾向、课程设置比例失衡等为问题致因。基于“五育融合”视野,本文提出以下优化路径:重置课程目标,以培养“五育融合”育人理念为先导;融合课程内容,以提升“五育融合”教师素养为旨归;改善课程结构,以遵循“五育融合”实践取向为准则,提高课程育人质量。 The“integration of five domains of education”is a cutting-edge concept to build up a high-quality education system and to set a new pattern for the primary school pre-service teacher education curriculum with high quality.Based on the vision of“integration of five domains of education”,the curriculum objectives,curriculum contents and curriculum structure of the primary school pre-service teacher education needs to come back to the educational essence of holistic education in the curriculum.However,the current primary school pre-service teacher education curriculum suffers from the“vague integration of five domains of education”in the curriculum objectives,the“breaking five domains of education”in the curriculum contents and the“imbalanced five domains of education”in the curriculum structure.All of these are so far away from the spiritual essence of the“integration of five domains of education”.Through profound exploration,it is found that all of these problems are caused by the narrow curriculum objectives in normal universities,the academic-oriented trend of disciplinary training and the unbalanced proportion of course offerings.Based on the vision of“integration of five domains of education”,this paper sets the following optimized approaches:resetting the curriculum objectives to be guided by the education concept of“integration of five domains of education”;integrating the curriculum contents with the goal of upgrading the teacher's qualification of“integration of five domains of educations”;improving the curriculum structure according to the principle of complying with the practice orientation of“integration of five domains of educations”,so as to upgrade the education quality of the curriculum.
