摘要 “五育”工作是新发展阶段我国高等教育对“培养什么人、如何培养人、为谁培养人”这一根本问题的积极探索,对构建起促进大学生全面发展的人才培养体系具有重要意义。以“智育”为切口,将学生专业能力提升融入高校五育工作,符合“三全育人”理念的内在逻辑,是推动五育融合切实落地的应有之义。实现五育工作与学生专业能力提升深度融合,应遵循高校育人实际,不断深化全员、全过程、全方位的育人维度,在师资队伍建设、节点化品牌打造、关键平台构建等方面形成一套可以复制的工作机制。 The 5-Dimension Education is an active exploration of the fundamental issue of"who to cultivate,how to cultivate people,and to cultivate people for whom"in the new stage of higher education development.It is of great significance for building a talent cultivating system that promotes the all-round development of college students.Integrating the improvement of students’professional ability into the 5-Dimension Education in colleges and universities on the basis of"intellectual education"conforms to the internal logic of the concept of Three All-Round Education,and is what should be done to promote the practice of the 5-Dimension Education.To achieve the in-depth integration of the5-Dimension Education and the improvement of students’professional ability,to follow the reality of education in colleges and universities is necessary so as to continuously deepen the dimension of education for all students,the whole process,and all-round education,and it is beneficial to form a set of replicable working mechanisms in the construction of teaching staff,the development of a distinctive style of seasonal students activities and the building of the key platforms.
