摘要
目的调查某广播电台员工的疲劳状况,分析疲劳的影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法,以某广播电台的429名员工为研究对象,使用疲劳量表-14进行问卷调查,分析该广播电台员工的疲劳状况及影响因素。结果广播电台员工总疲劳、躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳的得分M(P25,P75)依次为7.0(4.0,10.0)、5.0(3.0,7.0)、2.0(1.0,3.0)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,自评健康(β=-0.285,P<0.01)、饮食规律(β=-0.194,P<0.01)和锻炼(β=-0.116,P<0.05)是总疲劳的保护因素,失眠(β=0.133,P<0.01)和学历(β=0.091,P<0.05)是总疲劳的危险因素;自评健康(β=-0.289,P<0.01)和饮食规律(β=-0.162,P<0.01)是躯体疲劳的保护因素,学历(β=0.149,P<0.01)和失眠(β=0.147,P<0.01)是躯体疲劳的危险因素;自评健康(β=-0.231,P<0.01)、饮食规律(β=-0.181,P<0.01)、锻炼(β=-0.143,P<0.01)和性别(β=-0.115,P<0.05)是脑力疲劳的保护因素。结论该广播电台员工的疲劳水平较高,管理者应关注员工的疲劳状况,从组织和个体两方面着手,采取多种措施,降低员工疲劳,促进员工身心健康。
Objective To investigate the fatigue status of employees in a broadcasting station and analyze the influencing factors of fatigue.Methods With cluster sampling method,429 employees of a broadcasting station were selected as the research objects.Fatigue Scale-14 was used to analyze the fatigue status and influencing factors.Results The scores[M(P25,P75)]of total fatigue,physical fatigue and mental fatigue were 7.0(4.0,10.0),5.0(3.0,7.0),and 2.0(1.0,3.0),respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that self-rated health(β=-0.285,P<0.01),die(tβ=-0.194,P<0.01),and exercise(β=-0.116,P<0.05)were protection factors of the broadcasting station staff’s total fatigue,sleep status(β=0.133,P<0.01)and education(β=0.091,P<0.05)were hazard factors of the broadcasting station staff’s total fatigue,elf-rated health(β=-0.289,P<0.01)and diet(β=-0.162,P<0.01)were protection factors of the broadcasting station staff’s physical fatigue,education(β=0.149,P<0.01)and sleep status(β=0.147,P<0.01)were hazard factors of the broadcasting station staff’s physical fatigue,elf-rated health(β=-0.231,P<0.01),diet(β=-0.181,P<0.01),exercise(β=-0.143,P<0.01)and gender(β=-0.115,P<0.05)were protection factors of the broadcasting station staff’s mental fatigue.Conclusion The fatigue level of the broadcasting station staff is high.Managers should pay attention to the fatigue status of the staff,and take a variety of measures from both organizational and individual aspects to reduce the staff’s fatigue and promote their physical and mental health.
