摘要
目的 探究慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)血液透析患者进行康复运动对其睡眠质量及疲劳程度的影响.方法 选取该院2020年2月—2021年2月收治的126例CRF血液透析患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组63例.对照组采用常规干预,观察组在此基础上进行康复运动.比较两组患者的睡眠质量、疲劳程度及心理状态.结果 干预前,两组患者的睡眠质量、疲劳程度及心理状态评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表总分低于对照组,躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳及疲劳量表-14总分均低于对照组,抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 康复运动能够有效改善CRF血液透析患者的睡眠质量,缓解疲劳感,减轻负性情绪,具有临床推广应用价值.
Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitation exercises on the quality of sleep and fatigue degree of patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)undergoing hemodialysis.Methods 126 CRF undergoing hemodialysis patients admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group used conventional intervention,and the observation group performed rehabilitation exercises on this basis.The sleep quality,fatigue degree and mental state of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Before the intervention,the sleep quality,fatigue degree and mental state scores of the two groups were compared,and there were no significant differences between the groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the total score of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the physical fatigue score,mental fatigue score and fatigue scale-14 total score were lower than those of the control group,the scores of the depression self-rating scale and anxiety self-rating scale were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with CRF undergoing hemodialysis,relieve fatigue,and reduce negative emotions,and has clinical application value.
