Objective To explore the effects of blood glucose status on the sweat function of diabetic patients. Methods From February 2019 to April 2020, we selected 195 patients with diabetes who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology in our hospital. The SudoScan was used to measure the electrical conductivity of the patient’s skin. 109 patients with an electrochemical skin conductivity of>60 μS after the examination were set as the control group, and 86 patients with electrochemical skin conductance of the hand and foot after the examination were ≤60 μS set as the observation group. The venous blood samples of the two groups of patients were taken, and the fasting was performed overnight, and the indicators of diabetes control were measured. The dynamic blood glucose monitoring was performed for 72 hours in both groups. The average blood glucose, the average daily blood glucose fluctuation range, the maximum daily blood glucose fluctuation range and the average absolute difference of daytime blood glucose were measured. Results The TG, TC and LDL-C indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the other biochemical indicators were not significantly different(P>0.05). The dynamic blood glucose test showed that the observation group patients MBG, SD The parameters of MAGE, LAGE and MODD were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluctuation of blood glucose is an influential factor of abnormal sweating in diabetic patients. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the blood sugar fluctuation of the patient while controlling the blood sugar level of the patient.
